Although we understand mistakes may happen, the MPA only issues refunds or credits if the payment was made in error. To request an administrative review, the customer must provide verifiable proof that they resubmitted payment within 10 minutes of the original payment. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for unused time, entering the wrong license plate, and special events parking fees.
