To apply for monthly parking, please visit the My Account section on our website and create an account with the Miami Parking Authority or log in. Once logged in, select “Find Parking” and search for the desired zone where you wish to request monthly parking. After selecting the correct zone, proceed with the garage or lot monthly parking option and upload any required documents. Add the selected parking option to your cart and complete the payment for the requested month. You can enable autopay for future payments or cancel it anytime by going to “Edit Payment” in your account settings.

Please note that the MPA does not prorate fees, and your service contract will cover the entire month, from the first to the last day.

Pay by Mail

Please mail your payment early as it must be received by the 25th of the preceding month. Payment should be made by check or money order, do not mail cash. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Miami Parking Authority. Our mailing address is:

Miami Parking Authority
40 NW 3rd Street PH 1103
Miami, FL 33128

Any check returned unpaid for any reason is subject to $29.00 service charge.
A second returned check will place the account on a cash only basis.

Keep your decal up to date

Cars parked in decal lots not having the proper permit are subject to ticketing and towing beginning the first day of the month. Any cost incurred due to late payment will not be reimbursed, no credits will be issued, and no tickets will be cancelled. The best way to make your payment is online with a debit/credit card but a check may also be mailed.

Please be aware that your license plate number validates your permit and must be registered correctly. If you fail to input the correct number your vehicle may be subject to ticketing and/or towing.

Although we constantly strive to provide the safest parking possible, Miami Parking Authority cannot be responsible for any damages, loss or theft to your vehicle or its contents.

We strongly recommend you follow these common sense safety tips:

  • Be sure to lock all doors
  • If you must leave valuables in your parked car, place them where they cannot be seen from the outside
  • Be alert and aware of your surroundings
  • Report any suspicious activity to the Police or any Miami Parking Authority personnel.
