In a few instances a parker may be unable to pay the parking fee for the time stayed in the facility. When this occurs the parker will be written a Promissory Note. The parker can pay the necessary fee within 48 hours simply by Filling out and Submitting the Form Below.
If payment is not remitted within 48 hours a claim of $35 in damages may be brought against the parker. The legal authority to do so arises under the law of trespass (or, in certain circumstances, under the law of contract). If you fail to pay our claim, your vehicle may be towed if it is again improperly parked on property operated by us. We also reserve the right to take further action to collect our damages, including all costs and interest.
Failure to remit payment within 72 hours will result in the issuance of a citation for the remainder of fees due and owing. Payments submitted on-line for promissory note after 72 hours of issuance will not be processed.
