Miami Dade County offers various public transportation services including Metrorail, Metromover, Metrobus, and Special Transportation Services.


The South Florida Regional Transportation Authority offers train service connecting Miami Dade County to Palm Beach.


Zipcar provides automobile reservations to its members, billable by the hour or day. Zipcar members pay a monthly or annual membership fee in addition to car reservations charges.

Miami Trolley

The City of Miami Trolley service is a free public transportation option serving major destinations throughout the city.


The Citi Bike program is operated by DECOBIKE LLC and is Miami’s bike sharing and rental system. The Citi Bike program is intended to provide locals and visitors with an additional transportation option for getting around the city.

Go Connect

Reserve a ride to Miami-Dade Transit stations or nearby destinations directly from the GO Connect mobile app. GO Connect meets you wherever you are as long as you’re within the service zone. You’ll be matched with other passengers heading in the same direction. The maximum number of riders per vehicle has been limited in compliance with social distancing guidelines set forth by Miami-Dade County and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
