As part of the Restricted Residential Parking Program, MPA provides parking permits for residents in selected neighborhoods for a yearly fee of $25.00. To qualify, applicants must provide proof of residency and vehicle registration for personal vehicles only. The vehicle must be registered at a non-commercial address within Miami City limits. Commercial vehicles are NOT eligible for residential permits. According to Miami-Dade County Ordinance, vehicle storage on public streets is prohibited. As per permit requests are specific to vehicles, one order must be placed per vehicle.
