As part of the Restricted Residential Parking Program, MPA provides parking permits for residents in selected neighborhoods for a yearly fee of $25.00. To qualify, applicants must provide proof of residency and vehicle registration for personal vehicles only. Commercial vehicles are NOT eligible for residential permits. According to Miami-Dade County Ordinance, vehicle storage on public streets is prohibited. For additional details, please contact Customer Service.
