City of Miami residents are eligible for a discount when parking in one of our on-street parking spaces using the Pay by Phone or ParkMobile application (cannot be combined with other discount programs). To register, please click the link below and provide the mobile phone number associated with your Pay By Phone or ParkMobile account, the vehicle’s license plate number, and upload a copy of the vehicle registration. Please note that the vehicle must be registered in the City of Miami, and commercial vehicles are not eligible for the discount. This discount is available exclusively to City of Miami residents, and enrollment in the program must be renewed when the vehicle registration expires.
