Vendor Registration

Persons or businesses interested in being added to Miami Parking Authority’s vendor/bidder list must complete this online vendor application issued by MPA’s Procurement Department. This application is not required when responding to specific solicitations for proposals. An application does not legally entitle a vendor to any particular solicitation.
Vendors should frequently check Miami Parking Authority’s Vendor Solicitations page for invitations to bid on proposals.

Changes to your Status

Please notify the Procurement Department immediately of any changes to your registration. This includes change of name, address, telephone number, changes in personnel listed on the original application, and the addition or deletion of items/services you are interested in providing.

Obligation to Respond to Bid Requests

When a bid is mailed to an approved vendor, the vendor must respond, irrespective of interest. If the vendor does not wish to submit a bid for consideration, but desires to be kept on the approved vendor list for that service or commodity, the vendor must respond to the Request for Quotation, Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal by returning the bid (Response Sheet) and marking it “no bid”, with an explanation. Failure to reply to four consecutive solicitations for any one class of goods or services will result in the vendor being removed from the approved list.
