• Welcome Back Miami – 5/20/2020
    On May 20th, in compliance with Miami Phase 1 re-opening, MPA launched the “Welcome Back Miami!” campaign, through which customers receive one hour of free on-street parking per day when they use PayByPhone. Furthermore, in conjunction with the “Welcome Back Miami!” campaign, MPA is reinforcing the message of the Resident Discount Program, which gives a parking discount to customers who live in the city.   • City of Miami Implements Citywide Curfew 3/27/20
    The City of Miami will enforce a nightly curfew beginning tomorrow, Friday, March 27th, in an effort to slow the person-to-person spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. The curfew runs from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. nightly until further notice and will be strictly enforced by the City of Miami Police Department. The Miami City Commission unanimously approved the new measure at a virtual City Commission meeting held entirely online on Wednesday night.   • Marinas and Boat Ramp Closures – 3/22/20
    Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez has ordered the closing of all boat ramps and marinas in the county, effective immediately until further notice. All boat ramps in Miami-Dade County parks are to be closed, and all marinas will be closed to all boating activities, with the exception of commercial fishermen.
