The renowned Waldorf Astoria brand is coming to downtown Miami with a multi-service hotel/condo project destined to offer new economic opportunities for Miamians.
In a strategic collaboration between the Miami Parking Authority and PMG, developers of the Waldorf Astoria hotel/condo, the Authority is providing a community space in the centerline of Biscayne Boulevard to afford Miami residents, employees, and visitors to downtown a breathing space from the hustle and bustle or the urban core.
“We are very pleased to support the integration of an urban greenspace with parking to create a sense of community that will encourage walkability, connectivity and social engagement,” said Alejandra “Alex” Argudin, Chief Executive Officer.
