The Miami Parking Authority (MPA) is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and customers.  We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and adhering to the guidelines and recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC).  As such, we want to share with you the actions we are taking to help minimize human contact with our office, for your protection, while still providing excellent customer service. Our Customer service window will not be available to make purchases or pay for monthly or yearly residential parking. Please see the links below in order to do so.

As of Tuesday, March 17th, all services listed below will ONLY be processed electronically via our website.  For your convenience we have prepared a list of links to help to make this as seamless as possible for our customers.

To pay for your monthly parking:

Pay by Phone Resident Discounthttps://www.miamiparking.com/pbpdiscount/- Make sure to upload document in a picture format Jpeg. (Must be done on a PC not a phone or tablet.)

If any of these services require receiving decals or key cards, among other things, we will be sending those via USPS mail.
