Coconut Grove Business Improvement District (BID) is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and innovative Executive Director.  Qualified candidates must have knowledge developing and identifying resources, overseeing design and marketing of programs and services, financial forecasting and budget creation.  He/she will also be responsible for managing the human resources of the organization, community engagement and public relations. Must be able to effectively make presentations to both the Board of Directors and the community regarding the organizations’ achievements and progress.  Over ten years related experience in a specialized field at an executive level. Equivalent to an U.S. Masters Degree.  Prior government and improvement district experience preferred, but not essential. Excellent benefits package.
