OFF-STREET PROGRAMS
Nights & Weekends Monthly Parking
Downtown residents may now park with MPA on nights and weekends for $70/month.
Monday-Friday enter and exit between 6pm and 9am. Valid 24 hours/day on Saturday and Sunday. Available at the following MPA downtown facilities:
• College Station Garage(G-3) - 190 NE 3rd Street
• Convention Center Garage (G-4) - 100 SE 2nd Street
• Lot 19 - Biscayne Boulevard (Sections 5-6 only, decal required)

One-Night Parking for Downtown Visitors
Park overnight in an MPA downtown garage for a flat $5. Enter between 6 pm and 6 am and exit by 9 am. Available at the following MPA downtown facilities:
• College Station Garage(G-3) - 190 NE 3rd Street
• Convention Center Garage (G-4) - 100 SE 2nd Street

ON-STREET PROGRAMS
Nights & Weekends Monthly Parking
Downtown residents may now park in designated on-street spaces on nights and weekends for a flat $50/month. (Decal required until Pay by Phone option becomes available).
Valid Monday-Friday, 6 pm-9am and 24 hours/day on Saturday and Sunday.
