Monthly garage parking customers are issued a Key Card that allows automated in-and-out access of the garage. Key Cards can only access the garage for which they are issued. Entrance and exit from the garage is computer-controlled and only permitted in sequential order, thus you must exit the garage with the Key Card in order to be able to enter again.

A $15.00 deposit is required for each Key Card, which is valid for as long as the account is open and in good standing.

All new monthly garage parking customers are required to fill out a Customer Information Sheet.

If your account is not current or payment is not received by the 25th of the preceding month as required, your Key Card will not permit entry into the parking garage. In the event your Key Card will not allow you to exit, immediately seek assistance from a cashier.

Cashiers do not have the authority to permit exits without payment. If you are aware of, or anticipate a problem with your Key Card, do not wait until you are ready to exit to resolve the situation.

Please note that the number of parking spaces available in any garage is limited and many garages have waiting lists. If you do not renew your Key Card by the third day of the month, there is a risk of the space being sold to the next person on the waiting list.

If your garage is closed, your card will be honored by Miami Parking Authority cashiers at any open garage. This applies only if your garage is closed.

If your card is lost or stolen, please report it to Customer Service immediately at PHONE. New cards can only be issued through the Customer Service office, and an additional $15.00 deposit will be required.

If your card does not work, move forward and take a ticket. Do not back up. Immediately after parking, see the Facility Supervisor for assistance or contact Customer Service at 305-373-6789 ext 224. In rare instances, Key Cards become defective and won't activate the system. We will replace your card at no cost.
