TIMING IS EVERYTHING

Payment for the upcoming month must be received at Miami Parking Authority by the 25th of the preceding month. If your payment is not received by the 25th, your permit may not arrive in time for the first day of the following month.

MAKING YOUR PAYMENT
Payment should be made by check or money order. Do not mail cash. You may pay with cash only if paid in person at the Customer Service Office. Visa and Mastercard are accepted at the Customer Service Office.

PAY ONLINE
Pay online using Visa or MasterCard. Simply log in, click Pay For Monthly Parking and follow the instructions. If you have any questions while using the online feature, please call our Customer Service department at 305-373-6789, ext. 246.

PAY BY DIRECT WITHDRAWAL
Miami Parking Authority may withdraw monthly payment from your bank account, Visa or MasterCard. Sign up for automatic debit below:


 



PAY BY MAIL 

Payment must be received by the 25th of the preceding month so please mail your payment early if paying by mail. Payment should be made by check or money order. Do not mail cash. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Miami Parking Authority. Our mailing address is:

Any check returned unpaid for any reason is subject to $29.00 service charge.

A second returned check will place the account on a cash only basis.

PAY IN PERSON
Pay with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and ATM Debit cards at our Customer Service Office. Paying in person is the only way to pay cash. Please do not mail cash. Our office is located at:

KEEP YOUR DECAL UP TO DATE
Cars parked in decal lots not having the proper monthly decal are subject to ticketing and towing commencing with the first day of the month. Any cost incurred due to late payment will not be reimbursed. Likewise, no credits will be issued or tickets cancelled. Either mail your payment in plenty of time, pay in person at the Customer Service Office or Pay on Line.

Although we constantly strive to provide the safest parking possible, Miami Parking Authority cannot be responsible for any damage, loss or theft to your vehicle or its contents.

We strongly recommend you follow these common sense safety tips:
• Be sure to lock all doors
• If you must leave valuables in your parked car, place them where they cannot be seen from the outside
• Be alert and aware of your surroundings
• Report any suspicious activity to the Police or any Miami Parking Authority personnel.
