Citation Waiver Request

In a few instances a paid parker may receive a citation that he/she feels was given in error. If this occurs, the parker may request that the citation be waived (cancelled) simply by doing the the following:


1) Fill out and submit the Waiver Request Form below 
2) Send us a copy of your citation
3) Send us a copy of paid status support documents (receipt, credit card statement, etc.)


These items can be be faxed to 305-371-9451 (ATTN: Customer Service - Citation Waiver Request) or scanned and emailed to customerservice@miamiparking.com. The parker will be notified in writing or via e-mail of the decision to waive (cancel) or not waive the citation.
